Lamb Moussaka (FROZEN – serves 1)
Béchamel Sauce* 28% (Milk*, Wheat Flour* (Wheat*, Calcium carbonate, Iron, Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Niacin), Butter* (Milk), Salt), Lamb* 21%, Tomato Sauce* 19% (Tomatoes*, Passata*, Onion*, Tomato Purée*, Worcester Sauce* (Molasses*, Soy Sauce*, Sugar*, White Wine Vinegar*, Garlic*, Water), Garlic*, Vinegar Reduction* (Balsamic Vinegar*, Demerara Sugar*, White Wine Vinegar*, Worcester Sauce* (Molasses*, Soy Sauce*, Sugar*, White Wine Vinegar*, Garlic*, Water), Black pepper.
Keep refrigerated below 4c. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before the best before date. Once thawed do not refreeze. If this product is defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
Remove sleeve and film lid before cooking.
OVEN: Preheat to 180C, Gas Mark 4. Place on baking tray. From fresh, cook for 25 minutes or from frozen cook for 45 minutes
MICROWAVE: Place on microwaveable plate. From fresh, cook for 4 to 5 minutes (750W) or from frozen cook for 10 to 12 minutes (750W)
After cooking leave to rest for 4 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat.
